Director, Systems Development and Consulting: Managed 4 departments responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of major business systems ($9M budget).

Director, Process Consulting: Managed internal consulting function focused on major cross-functional process improvements to support company divisionalization. Developed "Continuous Process Improvement" material, established and led company Process Council chartered with imbedding continuous improvement problem-solving techniques into Silicon Graphics culture. Intermittently, called on to manage various line operations.

Manager, Information Resources: Defined and established MIS and Document Control functions for an internal start-up business. Installed new financial and manufacturing system required to bring up new factory and support company’s first product division. Managed major cross-functional product release (21 products).

Program Manager, Major Accounts: Managed largest OEM customer account. Managed engineering and manufacturing milestones required to complete $1M Funding Agreement. Conducted monthly customer program reviews, as well as account reviews with Executive Staff. Member of business team responsible for development of new products.

Manager, Manufacturing Engineering: Managed 3 engineering departments (21 engineers) responsible for technical support and product management of commercial systems (HP 3000) production line.

Manager, Production Engineering: Managed department of 11 production engineers who provided day-to-day support for $100M production facility.

Production Engineer: Managed all manufacturing-related product release activities for critical new product introduction.

Hardware Development Engineer: Developed computer I/O and datacomm (Ethernet) hardware.
